The Belgian sol allows year-round cultivation of carrots. Therefore, we have decided to showcase this vegetable by enhancing it with a few spices, including curry and ginger.
The Madras curry adds a complex and spicy depth of flavour, while ginger provides a subtle warmth and freshness to the soup, harmonizing with the other ingredients.
Available in 500ml and 1L.

For more Thai flavours, add a spoonful of coconut milk, freshly chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime to your bowl of soup.
