Make Butternut pumpkin sauce even better

Gourmet version

Cook gnocchi according to package directions.

In a frying pan, brown the guanciale. Once golden, add the gnocchi and butternut sauce over a low heat, and brown for a few minutes. Add coarse pepper and Parmesan shavings.

Taste and enjoy.

Vegetarian version

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Place a drizzle of olive oil and the butternut sauce in a frying pan over low heat, add the spaghetti and brown for a few minutes. Add some Parmesan shavings, fresh sage and chopped hazelnuts.
