Every day, fresh fruits and vegetables, cultivated with passion by our farmers, fail to reach the shelves of our supermarkets simply because they do not meet conformity criteria. But what does this non-conformity really mean? Are these products unfit for consumption? Absolutely not, they are simply judged too small, too large, too oddly shaped, or even too ripe to be displayed in stores. This sorting and grading results in the rejection of a large number of fruits and vegetables, leading to a surplus of these valuable food items.
In collaboration with our passionate farmers, we strive to address their need to valorize their surplus. These excesses represent a real financial loss for them. It is therefore crucial to support them, as they are the foundation of our food supply. Thus, our production schedule is not fixed in advance; it constantly adapts to best meet their needs.
